The Bunkhouse - located near the Main House - would use main house facilities and the outdoor shower - can accommodate 5-6 additional guests in bunk bed-style for a true Maine summer experience.
The Highfields compound is capable of accommodating 15-17 guests depending on the sleeping arrangements.
Compound amenities include a game room with a pool table and ping-pong table. On the dock: 2 paddleboards, fishing poles. 45 minute walking trail loop just on this property, firepits, a half mile of waterfront, incredible privacy; 2 separate homes with kitchens. Also available is a 5 passenger Gator/farm vehicle for easy access around the property.
Located five miles to the Boothbay Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens which is a must see in the area. Fantastic kayaking and boating opportunities from this property. Use the paddle boards or bring your own outboard or sailboat and keep it at the dock. Sail to Boothbay Harbor or Wiscasset and explore the Sheepscot River or the open Ocean; whale watch outings and boat charters near by!
